Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or delivery details.

If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us at info@eaglador.com within 5 days of the delivery date, attaching clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Claims made after 5 days of delivery cannot be processed.
Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
