DELIVERY TIMES

Below are estimated delivery times from the time the parcel is shipped from our warehouse. If you place your order before 2pm It will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed through our website ship within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday.

Delivery to United Kingdom

Express Delivery: 2-3 business days from the above processing time

Delivery to European Union

Express Delivery: 3-5 business days from the above processing time

All other counties

Express Delivery: 5-7 business days from the above processing time

Rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your order and are determined at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding £150 and shipped within the United Kingdom and European Union. Please note that bulky items such as furniture are not eligible for free shipping regardless of the order value.

Standard shipping rates (based on weight and dimensions of your order) will be applied to orders outside the United Kingdom and European Union. Unless the order value exceeds £400 in which case free shipping is granted.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days please check your spam folder.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at: info@eaglador.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.

CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER

If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: info@eaglador.com, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES

Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. Email us at: info@eaglador.com, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURNS POLICY                                                      

To make your shopping experience more enjoyable, we offer a simple return system so you can shop with confidence. 

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at: info@eaglador.com, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
