Return and Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@eaglador.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will review the issue and work promptly to make it right.
Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unwanted item.
Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

💡 Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as customized, clearance, or final-sale products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
