📦 Shipping & Delivery
1. Where does Eaglador ship to?
We ship worldwide to over 60 countries, including the UK, USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

2. How long does delivery take?
- UK: 2–3 business days (Free Express Delivery)
- EU: 3–5 business days

Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) are dispatched the same day.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t receive it within 1–2 days, please check your spam folder or email us at info@eaglador.com.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping within the UK.
For international orders, free shipping applies on orders over £400.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please contact info@eaglador.com immediately.
7. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if the order has not yet shipped. Contact info@eaglador.com to update your details.
8. What if my package is damaged or missing items?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged or missing, email info@eaglador.com with photos within 5 days of delivery.
Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
9. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).
10. How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

11. Is your cookware PFAS-free and uncoated?
Yes. All Eaglador Kansa bronze cookware is completely uncoated and 100% PFAS-free. We never apply any chemical non-stick coatings or treatments. The natural non-stick properties come purely from the high-tin Kansa alloy and the patina that develops with use.
12. What materials are used in Eaglador cookware?
Each piece is crafted from heavy-gauge Kansa bronze (78% copper / 22% tin alloy). It is completely uncoated and 100% PFAS-free, making it genuinely toxin-free and free from forever chemicals. The alloy is naturally non-stick, non-reactive, and safe for cooking.
13. Are your products safe for all stovetops?
Works on gas, electric, and ceramic, but not induction.
14. How do I clean my cookware?
Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
Dishwasher safe, but harsh detergents may dull the bronze’s sheen.
15. How can I remove patina or dark spots?
Use lemon juice with salt, vinegar rinse, or baking soda for a gentle polish.

16. What is Kansa (bronze)?
It’s a traditional copper-tin alloy with a higher tin content, known for its strength, and natural non-stick patina.
17. Is it safe for cooking?
Yes — Our Kansa bronze cookware is uncoated and 100% PFAS-free, with no chemical coatings or forever chemicals. It features a high tin content (22%) for added stability and has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic cooking for generations.
