How Kansa Differs from Regular Bronze
In the West, bronze cookware sometimes receives mixed feedback regarding kitchen use. These concerns usually relate to standard modern bronze alloys, which often have a lower tin content (typically 10–15%).
Kansa bronze is different. Its traditional 78% copper and 22% tin ratio creates a more stable alloy. Like many uncoated cookware materials, it develops a natural patina over time that helps protect the surface.
