150-Year Heirloom Warranty - For Your Lifetime & Your Descendant's
At Eaglador we do not build products for one lifetime — we craft them to become true family heirlooms, passed down with pride from one generation to the next.
Why Heirloom?
Most cookware is designed to last just a few years. Ours is crafted to last decades — and then be passed on to the next generation.
The permanently welded handles on our cookware eliminate the most common point of failure in traditional pans. Our cutlery features high-quality silver-soldered joints between the implement and handle, a traditional and proven method used in fine flatware for over a century. Combined with the solid, dense Kansa bronze and strong materials, each piece is built for exceptional structural strength and longevity. This is cookware and cutlery designed to become a true part of your family’s culinary legacy.
What the 150-Year Heirloom Warranty Covers
This warranty is limited exclusively to physical breakages, fractures, and structural damage resulting from defects in workmanship or materials under normal household use.
It applies to all Eaglador cookware and cutlery. including silver-soldered joints on cutlery.
When registered by the original owner and used under normal household conditions, and subject to the strict limitation above, Eaglador warrants the product against qualifying structural defects for 150 years from the original date of purchase.
The warranty is transferable to immediate family members (children or grandchildren) within the 150-year period.
If a covered structural defect appears, we will, at our sole discretion: • Repair the item, or • Replace it with the same model or one of equal or greater value.
What the 150-Year Heirloom Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Any issues other than the physical breakages, fractures, and structural damage expressly defined above.
- Lids (including knobs and handles on lids). Lids are thinner and more prone to damage from drops or handling; they are therefore excluded from the 150-Year Heirloom Warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, discolouration, staining, corrosion, or the natural (or forced) development, evolution, or change of patina.
- The forced or artistic patina finish applied to certain decorative products (including the ashtray, nut bowls, salt bowls, wine bucket, wine coaster and similar items). This finish is an intentional artistic treatment created by blowtorch and is not self-renewing. Scratches, wear, fading, or any change to this finish are normal and excluded from coverage.
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, discolouration, staining, corrosion, or the natural (or forced) development, evolution, or change of patina.
- Normal wear of cutting edges on knives.
- Any matters related to the alloy’s intrinsic composition, surface interactions, material properties.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, overheating (for cookware), metal utensils, harsh abrasives, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Glasses, drinking ware, or any non-metal products.
- Commercial, professional, or rental use.
- Damage from fire, theft, loss, natural disasters, or accident.
- Modifications or alterations to the product.
