Eaglador Multigenerational Heirloom Warranty

At Eaglador we do not build cookware for one lifetime — we craft it to become a true family heirloom, passed down with pride from one generation to the next.

Every handle is permanently welded (never riveted), and every piece is formed from 4mm heavy-gauge Kansa bronze using traditional lost-wax casting. This engineering makes the cookware exceptionally durable and genuinely multigenerational.

Why Multigenerational?

Most cookware is designed to last a few years. Ours is designed to last decades — and then be handed on. The welded handle eliminates the most common point of failure in traditional pans. Combined with the solid, dense Kansa bronze, each piece develops a safe, self-renewing patina that only improves with time. This is cookware that truly belongs in a family’s culinary legacy.

What the Multigenerational Heirloom Warranty Covers

When registered by the original owner and used under normal household conditions, Eaglador warrants the cookware will remain free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

The warranty is transferable to immediate family members (children or grandchildren). Future generations can continue to enjoy the same protection simply by contacting us with proof of family relationship and the original registration details.

If a manufacturing defect appears at any point — even decades from now — we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the item, or
  • Replace it with the same model or one of equal or greater value.

This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorised Eaglador retailers or directly from eaglador.com.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, discolouration, or the natural development of patina.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, overheating empty pans, dishwasher use (where not recommended), metal utensils on prohibited surfaces, or harsh abrasives.
  • Commercial, professional, or rental use.
  • Damage from fire, theft, loss, or natural disasters.
  • Modifications or alterations to the product.
  • Incidental or consequential damages.
