This pan is uncoated so there is no risk of damaging the cooking surface through cleaning, scraping or scrubbing. Bronze is highly durable and the tin forms part of the alloy so it is naturally non stick, will not need to be relined and will last forever.
Cleaning:
Always cool your product before cleaning. Bronze is stable and responds well to rapid temperature change but it is not advised that you plunge it or fill it with cold water while it is excessively hot.
Warm soapy water is best for cleaning after use. And lemon with salt or bicarbonate of soda work well to remove any marks naturally.
