We have named our sauté pan Saltatrix which is Latin for dancer, alluding to the sauté pan's use in the lively, tossing motion of sauteing. The exterior wall is wrought, sculptural and of artisanal quality. This is a useful size pan that holds a 2L volume on a wider cooking surface. With a 25cm diameter, its low walled dimensions offer many cooking uses. And the tightfitting lid with a heat escape makes it suitable for casserole, slow cooking, baking, roasting and frying.
